About PEWA
- The Pineywoods Estate Water Association is a Mutual Domestic Water Customer Association, formed under the provisions of the SANITARY PROJECT ACT Sections 3-29-1 through 3-29-19, New Mexico Statutes, Annotated 1978, as amended.
- The objectives and purpose of which the association formed, are as follows:
- Maintain and operate a water system for supplying and distributing water for domestic uses for its members.
- Upgrade the water system to ensure supply of secure and clean water for its members.
About PEWA
- The Pineywoods Estate Water Association is a non-profit corporation, formed under the provisions of the SANITARY PROJECT ACT Sections 3-29-1 through 3-29-19, New Mexico Statutes, Annotated 1978, as amended.
- The objects and purpose of which the association formed, are as follows:
- Maintain and operate a water system for supplying and distributing water for domestic uses for its members.
- Upgrade the water system to ensure supply of secure and clean water for its members.
- Exercise all power, privileges and rights conferred on non-profit associations or corporations by the Laws of the State of New Mexico.
Board Meetings
The 2025 Annual Membership Meeting will be held on July 12, 2025, 10:30 AM, at the Cloudcroft High School.
The Pineywoods Estate Water Association Board meets every third Monday of the month, at 4 PM.
The last meeting of the year is in November and the first meeting of the year is in January.
